Step away from the busyness of everyday life and allow yourself to slow down, unwind and simply be.

Join Opi & Sage for a beautiful, calming sound bath experience, where the gentle, soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments create a peaceful space for relaxation, reflection and renewal.

What to expect

Our 60-minute session will begin with a gentle welcome and guided grounding, allowing you time to settle, release the demands of the day and become comfortable.

You’ll then be invited to lie back, close your eyes and immerse yourself in approximately 40 minutes of beautiful, calming sounds.

We’ll finish with a gentle return to the present moment, giving you time to reconnect, reflect and leave feeling refreshed.

What to bring

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

A blanket to keep warm and cosy

A cushion or pillow for extra comfort

Water to drink

Feel free to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable.

No experience is necessary. There is nothing you need to do, achieve or get right. Simply come as you are and enjoy a little time dedicated entirely to your wellbeing.
