As the nights draw in and the Christmas rush gathers pace, give yourself somewhere to put everything down.

Join Geniene at her studio for a hyspnotic guided sound bath, a little space in your week to get comfortable, close your eyes and listen. These are her first and last studio sessions of the year so be sure to book early!

Each weekly session will have its own theme ad will leave you with something to think about as you move through daily life

Beginners are warmly welcome, and we want to see solo sound travellers! First timers and familiar faces alike

Expect the cosiest setting, a friendly welcome and time to return gently with herbal tea before heading back into your evening.
