A heart-centred journey of cacao, sacred movement, conscious breathwork and sound healing, creating space to connect, release and restore.

CACAO CEREMONY • SACRED MOVEMENT • BREATHWORK • SOUND BATH

The Beacon Wellness presents an afternoon of connection, grounding and deep inner listening.

Join us for a beautiful 3-hour journey beginning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating space to slow down, arrive in the present moment and connect with yourself and those around you.

From there, we’ll move into sacred movement, allowing the body to soften, release and express without expectation or judgement.

We’ll then explore conscious connective breathwork, using the breath as a pathway into deeper awareness, presence and release.

The journey will gently come to rest with a deeply nourishing sound bath, giving you the opportunity to surrender, integrate and simply be.
