About This Event

Sound Bath: for Harvesting Seasonal Softness

Quiet life's noise and sink into therapeutic sound. Singing bowls, Gong, percussion, voice + tea, to relax, ground + renew

As summer hold continues to loosen and we find ourselves moving into the softer, slower rhythms of autumn, this is your invitation to pause and meet the changing season through the restorative practice of sound therapy...

to notice what has grown,

to gather what has nourished,

and to gently release what no longer needs to be carried.Autumn is a season of both abundance and letting go.

A time to recognise the fruits of what has been growing — within us and around us — whilst remembering that, just like the trees, we don't need to carry everything with us into the season ahead.

In a world that often asks us to keep moving forwards, this is an opportunity to pause. To look back before moving on. To acknowledge what has shifted, changed, blossomed or ripened over the months behind us — and create space for the slower, more inward season ahead.

This evening centres on harvesting + seasonal softening...

A chance to gather what you want to carry forward.

To give thanks for what has nourished you.

To soften around what has been difficult.

And to begin releasing what has reached the end of its season.

Like leaves beginning to fall from the trees, autumn reminds us that letting go doesn't always need to be forced.

Sometimes, things are simply ready to fall away.

Through guided meditation, gentle embodiment practices and immersive therapeutic sound, you'll be supported in slowing down, turning your attention inward and settling into a deeply relaxed state.

Following the carefully composed sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Voice, Therapeutic Percussion and Shruti Box, an immersive sonic environment is created in which the body can soften and the mind can begin to settle.

As the sounds and vibrations move around and through you, there is space for the nervous system to settle, physical tension to soften and the usual noise of the mind to become a little quieter.

From this place of deep rest, you may notice:

• a calmer, quieter mind

• a release of physical and mental tension

• a greater sense of grounding and presence

• space for reflection and clarity

• a deeper connection to yourself and the changing season

Think of it as a seasonal gathering—

…if the transition into autumn has left you craving a slower pace...

…if you've been moving quickly and haven't had space to notice how much has changed...

…if you're carrying things that feel ready to be put down...

…or if you're simply longing for rest, reflection and reconnection...

This Sound Bath offers a supportive space to harvest, soften + let go.

More on Sound Therapy...

Sound Therapy is a powerful practice for relaxation, reflection and reconnection, offering us an opportunity to step away from the noise and pace of everyday life and spend time deeply listening.

Through guided relaxation and carefully composed therapeutic sound, the mind and body are supported in moving away from the busyness of our everyday state and towards deeper rest.

Sound has been used within cultures and traditions across the world for centuries, and today therapeutic sound practices are used to support relaxation, meditation and wellbeing.

As our attention settles into listening, our perception of time, body and surroundings can begin to shift. The mind may become quieter, the body can soften, and space can emerge for reflection, awareness and connection.

Experiencing therapeutic sound invites us to deeply listen — not only to what is happening around us, but to what might be asking for our attention within.

A chance to gather.

A chance to soften.
