This unique offering brings together sound healing, meditation, therapeutic frequencies, and the special bond between people and their dogs. Unlike traditional sound healing sessions, which typically take place in carefully controlled, quiet environments, this experience embraces the natural unpredictability of sharing a meditative space with animals. Much like meditating in a forest, where birdsong, rustling leaves, and other natural sounds become part of the surroundings, participants are encouraged to deepen their focus despite the gentle distractions of dogs moving around, the sound of their paws, an occasional bark, or playful interactions. Rather than eliminating these distractions, the practice encourages participants to acknowledge them without becoming overwhelmed, cultivating a deeper level of concentration, acceptance, and mindfulness. What makes this experience particularly special is the opportunity to develop that meditative awareness while sharing the space with your own beloved animal, creating a more organic, immersive, and emotionally connected experience than a conventional sound healing session. You'll lie back and let the sound wash over you, from gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments.
