Join Maia for a balancing and deeply restorative small group session, combining sound healing with gong activation, tuning forks and meditation to nurture inner peace.

This session blends three powerful modalities for a truly transformational journey:

Crystal Singing Bowls and other instruments - Bath your body in soothing frequencies that relax your cells, melt stress, and guide you into a meditative state of peace.

Gong Frequency Activation - Feel the vibration move through your body, shaking loose stagnant energy and promoting emotional release and clarity.

Tuning Fork Therapy - Precision frequencies are used on each person to balance your energy centres, harmonise your aura, and support deep energetic recalibration.

Mats, cushions and blankets will be provided—you're welcome to bring your own for added comfort.

Things to Know

- The room is accessible via a flight of stairs or lift

- Shoes will need to be removed upon entering

- This is a safe and sacred space—confidentiality within the session is respected and encouraged

- Room sprays, palo santo, essential oils, music and sound will be used

- Late-comers up to 5mins, after that I wont be able to let anyone in as it disturbs the session.

Please come 5-10mins early to use the bathroom and get settled in the space, ready to start promptly at 7:30pm

Due to venue hire costs, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other sessions. By purchasing a ticket, you will be added to the Maia True Living (https://maiatrueliving.com/) mailing list for future events. You may opt out at any time.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Sound baths are not recommended for pregnancies in the first trimester, individuals with epilepsy or any form of a serious mental health condition and those with pacemakers/metal implants. By purchasing your ticket, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions.

Parking restrictions apply during the week but Saturday’s are free after 1:30pm and free all day Sunday.

We are a 15 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station. Buses number 70, 7 stop right outside the clinic.
