About This Event

Join us for an intimate evening of sound, light and stillness, in celebration of the Taurus full moon. Taurus is associated with comfort, stability and the simple things that nourish us. As we approach this full moon, we’ll take a moment to reflect on what helps us feel grounded, and what we’re ready to let go of to create more space for ourselves. Led by Zehra, founder of The Self Love Lab, this soothing sound bath combines crystal singing bowls and delicate chimes, with immersive visuals and light projections that transforms the space around you. An invitation to step away from daily demands, settle into your body and give yourself permission to rest. We’ll close with herbal tea and oracle cards, offering a gentle moment for reflection and connection before you ease back into your evening.
