Join us for this in-person event in Mottingham Greenwich London, SE9 3LP.

Surround yourself with by the soothing sounds and vibrations of gong, singing bowls (Himalayan and/or crystal bowls) and therapeutic percussion instruments. When the instruments are played in a specific way, the sound will guide you to a deep meditative state, also known as altered state of consciousness, where healing, balance, insights and manifestation may emerge naturally.

Important: Yoga mat is available. For extra comfort, you're welcome to bring a comfortable blanket to keep warm, as well as an eye pillow or eye mask for focus. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and relaxation.
