About Moulin Rouge! The Musical

Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre, London brings Baz Luhrmann’s film to the stage in a new musical mash-up extravaganza. Set in a world of splendour and romance, it follows a story of glitz, grandeur and love, with Bohemians and aristocrats rubbing elbows in the famous Paris nightclub setting.

Directed by Tony Award® winner Alex Timbers, the show has a book by Tony Award® winner John Logan, music supervision, orchestrations and arrangements by Tony Award® winner Justin Levine, and choreography by Tony Award® winner Sonya Tayeh. The production is presented as a theatrical celebration of Truth, Beauty, Freedom and — above all — Love.

Before you book

This production is suitable for ages 12 years and older. Strobe lighting will be used in the show.

For matinee performances, the venue opens 90 minutes before start time. For evening performances, the venue opens 105 minutes before start time. Please arrive by 30 minutes before start time; latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point.
