About The Smartest Giant in Town

The Smartest Giant in Town is a musical adventure based on Julia Donaldson's story. George starts out as the scruffiest giant in town, then visits a fancy clothes shop and comes away with smart trousers, a smart shirt, a stripy tie and shiny shoes.

He soon meets some animals who desperately need his help - and his clothes. The production uses puppets, catchy songs and Julia Donaldson's beloved characters to tell a story about friendship and helping others.

It comes from the award-winning Little Angel Theatre and West End producers Fierylight, and is Olivier Award nominated. The show is described as a heart-warming musical adventure.

Running time: 55 minutes.

Before you book

This production is suitable for children aged 2 to 8 years old. Babes in arms are allowed, and babes under 12 months sitting on an adult's lap do not need a ticket. All other patrons do need a ticket for entry.
