Time to relax and wind down before bedtime with your little one, in a soothing sound bath designed to calm and connect you both.

Parent & Baby Bedtime Bath - A Sound Healing Journey (45 mins) - The Sighlence Room

Date & Time: November 20, 2026 at 5:45 PM (GMT)

Venue: Tilehouse Street Baptist Church

A calming, soothing and inviting sound bath especially for parents and babies (aged 0 to sitting). The perfect addition to bedtime! This gentle session embraces the bond between parent and child through the soothing power of sound healing, which offers amazing benefits for both babies and adults alike.

You can expect calming sounds and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, soft chimes and gentle music.

The benefits of sound healing for babies include supporting relaxation, encouraging healthy sleep routines and strengthening the emotional bond between babies and their caregivers. Exposure to different gentle tones, rhythms and melodies can also provide positive auditory stimulation, supporting early listening and sensory development. Familiar and soothing sounds may help babies feel safe, secure and reassured, creating a peaceful environment that nurtures their emotional wellbeing.

Feel free to feed your baby during the session as we honor comfort and connection. We provide mats for your relaxation, and all you need to bring is a cushion and blanket for both you and your little one.

Come and experience this nurturing journey of calm and healing sounds in a welcoming and inclusive environment! Parent & Baby Bath - A Sound Healing Journey (45 mins) - The Sighlence Room

Please note there are stairs to the room, space for prams if needed and changing facilities.

We can only supply one mat per baby and parent ticket. Any additional babies or adults will need to supply their own extra mat.

If you have any questions, please reach out.
