Sound and Sensory Baby Group - 1hr - The Sighlence Room

Join us for a calming and joyful one-hour sound and sensory baby session designed for babies from birth to sitting age and their parents! Experience the soothing power of sound therapy using sound bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, played gently, that create a nurturing environment for both parent and child.

This combined sensory experience will gently engage your baby’s senses with different things to feel, hear and look at, whilst promoting relaxation and connection. Friday's at 1:30 PM, this special session invites you to unwind and bond in a peaceful setting.

The scientific benefits of sound healing don't just apply to adults and can be incredibly beneficial to children too. It can help to support a baby's nervous system, sleep and emotional regulation. It can also reduce signs of stress, help with breathing, feeding and strengthen emotional attachment as well as brain development.

We will be using projectors, feely toys and materials, water, rattles and shakers and other sensory objects. There will be soft mats, cushions and bean bags for you to sit on but chairs are available if needed.

The first session on the 13th is a reduced price tatster session at £12. Sessions start from £12 if buying a course pack of 5 or £14 for drop in sessions. Booking required for all.

The room is located on the first floor so please keep in mind there are some stairs and no lift available. Toilets and changing are downstairs but there will be a changing station in the room with us. Free parking directly outside on first come first basis. Prams can be left n the corridor at the bottom of the stairs. There is also space for bags, shoes and belongings at the top of the stairs.

Pricing is for 1 adult and 1 child. Additional adults will depend on the booking numbers as the session capacity is for 20 adults max so please ask.
