An original Calm AF Night of sound (not extended edition) The big Midweek Reset
Stressed? Overthinking? Running on caffeine, chaos, and questionable life choices? Yeah… same 😂
That’s exactly why I created this.
Join me for a deeply relaxing, nervous-system-resetting sound bath experience designed for people who struggle to switch off, slow down, or stop mentally buffering for five minutes.
Think meditation… but easier.
No chanting.
No pressure.
No awkward wellness vibes.
Just lie down. Get cosy. Exist.
Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, percussion instruments, and deep resonant gongs, you’ll be immersed in waves of sound and vibration designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and make your brain go from:
“AAAAAAAAHHHH”
to
“ahhhhhhh” 🤍
✨ You are fully allowed to fall asleep.
Honestly a lot of people do 😂
No judgement if you drool, snore, twitch, accidentally astral project, or wake yourself up with a weird sleep noise.
This is a space to properly switch off.
Perfect for:
• Burnt out humans
• Stressed parents
• Overworked nervous systems
• Anxious brains
• People who “can’t switch off”
• Anyone one minor inconvenience away from moving to a cabin in the woods 🌲😂
• People craving deep rest without needing to book a flight to Bali
WHAT TO BRING:
• Snuggly socks or snuggly bits you want to lay down in / your favourite comfy clothes or FULL pyjamas — honestly, I respect the commitment 😂
• Water bottle
• Eye mask -u can use a scarf 😂A sock 🧦I don't judge
No experience needed.
No flexibility needed.
No spiritual CV required.
Just show up, get comfy, and let the sounds do the heavy lifting while your stress quietly leaves the building.
Potential side effects may include:
• Deep relaxation
• Accidental drooling
• Emotional release
• The best sleep you’ve had in weeks
• Finally unclenching your jaw
IMPORTANT BITS:
Sound baths are generally very safe and deeply relaxing for most people, but they may not be suitable for everyone.
Please check with a healthcare professional before attending if you:
• Are in your first trimester of pregnancy
• Have sound-induced epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or certain heart conditions
• Experience severe anxiety, PTSD, dissociation, psychosis, or schizophrenia
• Have sound-sensitive conditions such as tinnitus, labyrinthitis, or Ménière’s disease
If you’re unsure whether this experience is right for you, feel free to reach out first 🤍
A FEW VENUE BITS:
• Please arrive early so everyone can settle in comfortably- Unfortunately doors close once we begin , so it's advised to get there 5-10 minutes before. There are no exceptions given the type of event.
• Doors will be locked once the session begins to protect the peaceful atmosphere, so late entry won’t be possible
Right… I’ll stop rambling now 😂
Come get Calm AF with me ✨
If your nervous system has been begging for a break lately… this is your sign 🤍
