I’ll guide you through a soothing experience immersed in healing sound, frequency, and vibration. We begin with a grounding meditation to centre you, gently flowing into the tranquil sounds of the alchemy crystal bowls. A sensory experience that invites deep rest, emotional release, and inner stillness.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or simply in need of some YOU time, this is your space to soften, reset, and reconnect. Allow yourself to be held in sound. Float out of the space feeling lighter, clearer, and fully prepared to step gently into your weekend.
