Ready to dive deep and explore the parts of you that hide in the shadows? Join us in person for From Shadow to Self, where we'll journey together to uncover your true self. It's all about growth, understanding, and embracing who you really are. This is a holosomatic journey of psychedelic breathwork session, where we will be using hypnotherapy & breathwork to connect to your inner child & release what no longer serves you.

Georgina is a qualified RTT hypnotherapist & Holosomatic breathwork therapist. Working with people to reach their full potential.

You will be sent a waiver form prior to attending, this is mandatory for your place to remain . Please check your junk folder.

There will be a photogtapher present throughout.
