You are so welcome to join me for a 2 hour somatic Yin Yoga session at the Space at the Mill in Manchester.

This will be a relaxing, unwinding space to welcome in the transitional period from summer to autumn.

The intention of this space is to welcome your body into a reflective, relaxing and resourcing space to notice how this season may be landing for you while being held in nourishing yin postures.

Wear your cosiest clothes, bring anything that helps your resource and connects you to the earth, all are welcome in this space.
