Join us every Thursday for Sacred Sounds of the Cosmos — a nurturing evening of sound, breath, meditation, movement and energy work designed to help you slow down, reconnect and come back to yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork and sound healing or you’ve been exploring these practices for years, this experience is open to all levels. There is no experience, flexibility or spiritual knowledge required — simply come as you are.

This week we journey into the energy of the Heart Chakra, exploring:

Come to release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with what feels true and create space for a deeper sense of peace, presence and connection.

Through breath, vibration, stillness and intentional movement, you’ll be invited to clear the mental noise, soften the heart and reconnect with yourself.
