Join me for this monthly 75 minute Sound Bath. An invitation to drop into rest and relaxation with soothing sounds to calm and cleanse the heart mind and body.

There will be singing from me, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chakra toning and moments of silence.

A perfect nervous system reset for the month ahead.
