Join ArmoYoga for a beautiful afternoon exploring the connection between colour, the chakras and yoga in a relaxed, uplifting and creative workshop in the heart of Manchester. What do the colours we wear say about us? 🌈 In this interactive premium colour analysis workshop, we'll explore the seven chakras, the colours traditionally associated with them, and the symbolism and qualities behind each one. You'll discover how these colours can connect with the colours we naturally feel drawn to wear, and how colour can become a playful way of exploring self-expression, mood and energy. This is an opportunity to experiment, discover and have fun with colour without rules about what you should or shouldn't wear. We'll then take the themes from the workshop onto the mat with a chakra-inspired yoga practice. Through movement, breath and awareness, we'll explore the qualities and symbolism associated with the chakras, connecting the ideas from the colour workshop with the body and mind.
