Limited to just 12 guests, this candlelit sound bath with Reiki offers a truly indulgent experience. Sink into the comfort of luxurious air beds as calming sounds and gentle energy healing help you unwind and restore.

This experience is perfect for you if you prefer a smaller group setting and the comfort of the air beds.

This sound bath will take place in the top floor apex studio at Infinity Dance Studio in Springhead, Oldham - known for it's warm and cosy vibe.

We will begin with a beautiful guided meditation to help you gently settle into the space, relax, switch off from the outside world, and connect with calming, restorative energy.

From there, you will be guided on a soothing sound journey, surrounded by the deeply relaxing tones of an array of incredible sound healing instruments. Allow the vibrations and sounds to wash over you as you drift into a peaceful state of rest.

During the session, each guest will also receive gentle Reiki energy, further enhancing the experience and supporting deep relaxation, balance, and inner calm. I will pull you an angel card during the healing for an additional beautiful healing energy.

Please note that sound baths are not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, cochlear ear implants, or for those in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare professional before attending.

This is the lovely Apex studio where we’ll be staying — it has such a warm, cosy energy, I think you’ll really love it.

Your air beds will be all set up and ready when you arrive, so you can just come in, get settled, and snuggle in straight away.
