Think Pilates x HIIT, punchy music, bands, burnouts, pulses, core work and a whole lot of sweat.

This isn’t your slow Saturday stretch - expect a challenging, high-energy workout designed to push you while still keeping that Pilates focus on control, strength and technique.

High-energy, Pilates fusion, HIIT, Resistance bands + bodyweight.

Fitness level: intermediate/advanced. You don’t need to be a Pilates pro, but you should be comfortable exercising at a higher intensity.
