Get comfortable, lie back and allow yourself to simply listen to the sounds and vibrations of the gong. It’s a chance to step away from your phone, your to-do list and the busyness of the week. 🎶 **Live Mantra Meditation** We’ll then move into live mantra meditation (kirtan) — a joyful and uplifting form of meditation through music.
