Join Sound & Somatic Healer Cherelle Sappleton for a moment of stillness, peace, and deep relaxation through the power of sound in this soothing rest practice. Using the deep resonance of the gong and the calming tones of voice, you'll be gently guided into a meditative and embodied space. From there, we'll transition into an expansive, healing soundscape that supports emotional release, nervous system balance, and a restorative mind massage.

All genders are welcome. NB: This session is not suited for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, people with pace-makers, those diagnosed with conditions such as BPD or schizophrenia without a doctor's note to say otherwise or anyone triggered by sounds.
