Step into an intentional space of pure joy, deep connection, and uplifting energy. Radiance, Soul & Rhythm is an alcohol- and substance-free conscious movement journey designed to ground your nervous system and lift your spirit through the warm, powerful rhythm of Afro house and Amapiano.

​There are no steps to memorise, no choreography, and no performance. Whether you move dynamically across the room or sway gently in place, this space is yours to reconnect with your own energy in a safe, light-filled environment held with intention and heart-centered warmth.

​What to Expect​

The Arrival & Anchor: Enter softly, kick off your shoes, and pick an intuitive card at the door to set your personal intention for the evening.​

The Sacred Container: A short opening welcome to ground our collective energy and call in peaceful, protective light.​

Stepping into Radiance: A seamless, guided live DJ journey starting with deep ambient tones, building into Afro house and Amapiano drums, and gracefully slowing down into stillness.​

Integration: A restorative rest on the floor to let your physical and energetic body integrate the movement, with space to journal should you wish.​

Tea & Connection: Warm herbal tea to close, offering a quiet moment to ground, reflect, and share presence before heading home.

What to Bring

A yoga mat, cushion, or small blanket for the floor rest and integration.​

A water bottle to stay hydrated.​

Comfortable clothes you can easily move in (layers are great so you stay warm during rest).

Footwear: Outdoor shoes are removed at the door. You are invited to dance barefoot or in socks, but please bring clean, comfortable dance shoes or indoor trainers if you prefer foot support.

Your favourite mug for herbal tea at the end of the evening.​

Alcohol-and substance-free space. Everyone is welcome, regardless of movement experience. Ages (18+) with teens aged 16-17 warmly welcome when accompanied by a participating adult.
