An evening of heat, rest + restoration. Space to slow down, switch off and simply be.

Come + exhale.

As part of People Dem Collective’s HEALING week, we’re inviting our Black, Brown + Global Majority community to take some time to slow down, switch off and simply be.

We’ll be gathering at Sea Scrub for an evening of heat, rest + restoration.

There are two one-hour sauna sessions, with just 8 people in each, creating an intimate space to rest and share the experience together.

No workshop. Nothing to make or produce. Just space to pause, restore + be together.

This event is free, but places are limited, so please book the session you’d like to attend.

Who is this for?

This gathering is specifically for our Black, Brown + Global Majority community.

Across our October programme, some gatherings are specifically for our Black, Brown + Global Majority community, while others are open to everyone.

Please check each event to see who it’s for.
