.The Connect to Work programme is delivered by The Forward Trust in Thanet, so pop by to meet our friendly advisors and learn about this supported employment programme. For people with a disability, health condition or other complex barrier to work - such as care-leavers, those at risk of violence, experience of homelessness and more.
