About This Event

A special Autumn Equinox session -Vinyasa Yoga (Yang) , followed by restorative practice with Tibetan singing bowls (Yin) to welcome Autumn Hi, I'm Victoria and I'd like to invite you for a relaxing yoga session on Monday evening in Downs Barns, Central Milton Keynes. On 21st September we are doing a special balance focussed class to honour Autumn Equinox, time when day and night are equal 🫶🏻 Your typical class can include pranayama, a warm up, main flow and a generous amount of restorative (yin style) yoga for tension release, sometimes a short guided meditation. We are going to have about 45 min of vinyasa flow followed by restorative yin with singing bowls. Mats, bolsters, blocks and knee support pads are provided, just bring yourself and water bottle and let's practice together ♥️🙏🏻 This is your space to reconnect with yourself, to wind down from work, to lower your stress levels and to improve your balance, harmony and general wellbeing ♥️ After class sometimes we stay for social tea and chat (completely optional!)
