Join us on Saturday 5th September for an unforgettable overnight Gong Bath in the idyllic surroundings of our beautiful a 13th - century church, steeped in history, peace and quiet reverence.

Overnight Gong Baths also known as Gong Puja's are an overnight sound experiences that invite you into a state of deep rest and renewal. Throughout the evening and into the early hours, Shon Ross (InneFlow) will be joined by Laura (Calm AF) and Kerry (Connect to Nature MK) creating a carefully crafted soundscape using gongs and other beautiful therapeutic instruments, played gently and continuously through the night.

As you rest, layers of sound gently unfold on a on a deeply subconscious level, surrounding you with flowing gong frequencies and other sacred tones. This sustained sonic journey encourages profound relaxation, helping to calm the mind, restore the body, and create spacer for personal reflection and transformation.

Far more than a traditional sound bath, a Gong Puja is a unique opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in an uninterrupted overnight soundscape. As the gentle waves of sound unfold throughout the night, they invite deep rest, inner stillness, and personal transformation. Many participants leave feeling profoundly refreshed, centred, and carrying a lasting sense of peace and wellbeing long after the experience has ended.

Time: arrival 8: 30 pm (to settle in before the opening circle) and departure: 7:00 am

What to Bring:

A thick yoga mat or single airbed for maximum comfort

A warm duvet or sleeping bag

Pillows and Cushions for additional comfort and support

Eye mask (optional)

Water bottle

Warm comfortable clothing suitable to lie in overnight.

Important notes:

This is a peaceful, silent overnight experience.

This events is suitable for adults 18 years and over.

A Gong Puja may not be suitable in your first or final trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, epilepsy, a seizures disorder, or a sound sensitive condition such as tinnitus, labyrinthitis, or Meniere's disease.
