Pause, breath, and reset with a deeply restorative morning sound bath.

Join us on the second Wednesday of every month for a calming sound bath meditation designed to ease stress, quiet a busy mind and leave you feeling refreshed and rebalanced.

Relax in comfort as you're immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gentle percussion, chimes and other therapeutic instrument, carefully woven together to create a peaceful and restorative experience.

Whether you're seeking relaxation, a mindul pause, or simply some time to yourself, this welcoming session offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect and recharge.

Time: 10.30 am to 11.30 am

Please arrive at 10:20 am to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 10:30 am.

On the day:

Mats to lie on will be provided

Cushions and light blankets, and eye masks will be available but feel free to bring your own.

Please bring water to drink afterwards.

Please note:

Over 18's only or 16+ if with a parent.

The doors will open for the sound bath,10 minutes prior to the start.

A sound bath may not be for you if you are pregnant and in your first or last three months of pregnancy. Have a pacemaker, metal cochlear implants, or experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Tinnitus, Labyrinthitis or Meniere's disease. Please refer to your GP in the first instance.

The Sound Baths at Mursley are hosted and facilitated by Sound Bath Practitioner Shon Ross of Inneflow. He holds a diploma in Sound Therapy with Distinction and has been trained in the methods of Gong Grand Master Don Conreaux, who is credited with holding the first ever official Sound Bath in San Francisco in 1975.
