Our Breath & Nature Immersion is a day created to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself, your breath and the natural world.

We begin with awareness, noticing the mind, body and breath, the patterns we carry and what may be asking for our attention.

Throughout the day we weave together 9D Breathwork, cacao, nature connection, fire ceremony, drumming and Native flute, creating space to slow down, release and reconnect.

Nature becomes part of the experience, the fire a place for intention and letting go, and the breath a pathway back into the body and the present moment.

A day to breath, feel, release and simply be.
