What if we put more value on good food and the people who grow it?

Hosted by Jacinta Dalton, Head of Culinary Arts & Service Industries at Atlantic Technological University in Galway, this Samhain panel will explore the connection between what we eat, how we feel and the future of Irish farming. We’ll ask why it can be so difficult to put fresh, nutritious food on the table, what needs to change to make it more accessible, and how we can ensure farmers are properly paid for producing it.

The title might be provocative, but the questions are ones that affect us all. Expect an honest, lively conversation about the choices we make, the food system behind them and what a healthier future could look like.
