Rediscovering the Wisdom of Irish Autumn Botanicals with Anam And Bláth

Celebrate the season of Samhain with a sensory journey into Ireland's rich botanical heritage. This interactive workshop explores how our ancestors gathered, preserved and used seasonal herbs, flowers and botanicals to prepare for the winter months.

Participants will discover the folklore, history and practical uses of autumn botanicals through live demonstrations, learning simple ways to create herbal teas, infused oils and botanical remedies using simple herbal preparation techniques. The experience encourages a deeper connection with nature, the changing seasons and Ireland's enduring herbal traditions.

Participants will receive a seasonal botanical recipe card to take home, along with a selection of small botanical samples inspired by the Samhain Apothecary.
