Voted for by our Patreon Besties - Join us - for a True Crime Discussion at 12pm at MALDRON HOTEL, Newcastle Rebecca Zahau, 32, was found dead at her boyfriend Jonah Shacknai’s mansion in Coronado, California, in 2011. Her nude body was discovered hanging from a balcony, with her wrists and ankles bound, two days after Shacknai’s six-year-old son suffered a fatal fall in the house. Authorities ruled Zahau’s death a suicide, but her family disputed this. A civil jury later found Shacknai’s brother Adam responsible, although the case was subsequently settled and the official suicide ruling remained unchanged.
