Beginner-friendly yoga with mindful movement, breathwork and meditation at Earthlings in Newcastle.

Join Gloria N for a welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga class at Earthlings – The Healing Café.

Each session brings together meditation, breathwork and yoga postures. Gloria offers guidance to help you move comfortably and safely, connect with your body and take a pause from the rush of everyday life. Her teaching draws on yoga philosophy, neuroscience and somatic movement. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’re welcome.

November classes: Tuesdays 3, 10, 17 and 24 November 2026, 5:30–6:30pm.

Location: Earthlings – The Healing Café, 94 Buckingham Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 5QR.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. Extra mats and props are available at the venue if you need them.

About Gloria: Originally from Brazil, Gloria has lived in the UK for 15 years and has taught yoga locally for six years. She holds a degree in Psychology and has been training in trauma-sensitive approaches. She is passionate about making yoga philosophy useful in everyday life and creating thoughtful, supportive classes.
