Join Harshani +Edd for a deeply relaxing + replenishing Gong Sound Bath, once a month on Thursday evenings in Pytchley, Kettering, Northants

Edd and Harshani are highly experienced Sound Therapists, who have been offering group Sacred Sound Journey (Sound Bath) sessions for several years. This is an opportunity to lie down, relax, rebalance and let go of what you no longer need, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of the Sacred Sounds of an Earth Gong, Tibetan Bowls, Rainstick, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum and Sansula being played. Relaxing and allowing the sound to flow through you, can take you on a profound journey of deep relaxation ~ mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Sound Healing can help with stress relief, fatigue, healing and clearing of negative energy.

* What to bring:~

Yoga/Exercise Mat, small pillow for under head, large pillow or bolster for under knees and 2 warm blankets (or duvet), eye pillow and water bottle

* Please arrive in plenty of time, as we will start on time ~ sorry no late comers allowed after starting and the door is closed, so to avoid disturbing the sound energy in the space.

* Important Note ~ Sound Energy vibration is NOT recommended for during pregnancy or people fitted with pace makers, or if you have epilepsy or sound induced seizures.
