🍊✨REWILD WELLBEING SOCIAL @CarrowHouse Orangery Sun 13th Sep 2-3:30pm Getting out our pens, paintbrushes and tools with the back to school buzz and enjoying a ‘back to you’ self care afternoon, learning new skills and embedding healthy happy routines altogether. 🎨✨ COMMUNITY ART @RachelDuffieldArt will be offering a taster into her transformative art-making for wellbeing and personal growth. Inspiring us that art is good for you and art is for everyone. Inclusive, warm and encouraging, and welcoming of all ages and abilities. You will build confidence, banish doubt and transform into the artist you know you can be! 🔥✨ YOGA @yogawithlucya Enjoy a fun, creative Vinyasa flow for all, connecting movement with the breath to ignite our inner creative fire with elements of Ayurveda to aid in balancing the body safely for deep relaxation and harmony.
