A warm, supportive space to connect, explore and discover better wellbeing
Feel Good Norfolk is a not-for-profit organisation on a mission to provide accessible and affordable wellness across Norfolk.
The Feel Good Community Hub is part of our Roots to Wellbeing initiative – a community-led programme made possible through generous grants and donations.
Our quarterly run Hub is a welcoming space for people who may experience barriers to wellbeing, including (but not limited to) health challenges, low income, low confidence, neurodivergence, anxiety, loneliness, or social isolation.
Our aim is to help you discover different ways to support your wellbeing, connect with what feels good, and learn about local services and activities that can help you live well.
During the day, you can try a variety of gentle wellbeing activities. Our September schedule includes:
The Art of Letting Go with Intuitive Mentor and Healer Nicole Drummond
Mind Nap - Guided Meditation with Lilly Beatson
Root & Reconnect: An Introduction to Crystals with Laura Roberts
KnowU Wellbeing with Kirsty Wiseman
Kundalini Yoga with Katrina Zawawi
Movement & Sound Journey with Maggie Stickney
Plus, 15 minute 1:1 wellbeing check-ins with experienced coaches and counsellors.
You can simply relax, at any point, with a free hot drink and enjoy friendly conversation. You're welcome to stay for the whole event or drop in for part of the day - whatever feels right for you.
