During the session, you'll learn how to:

✅ Recognise when someone is ready for change ("change talk")

✅ Start healthy lifestyle conversations naturally and confidently

✅ Use active listening and effective questioning skills

✅ Understand what motivates people to change

✅ Explore common barriers that can prevent change

✅ Avoid common mistakes that can reduce motivation

✅ Signpost people to appropriate local support services

✅ Help people identify their own solutions and next steps

The training is practical, engaging, and includes opportunities to practise your skills in a supportive environment.
