Join us for a healing writing workshop at The Reading Room

Join us at The Reading Room in Grantham for Letter to My Future Self, part of a three-part series of healing writing sessions designed to create space for reflection, creativity and gentle self-discovery.

In this session, you’ll be invited to connect with your future self through words. Using guided prompts, you can write a letter to your future self, offering advice, sharing memories, asking questions, making predictions or simply starting a conversation across time. There is no right or wrong way to approach it, this is a chance to explore your own story at your own pace.

Writing can help us make sense of where we have been, recognise how far we have already come, and uncover new perspectives on our experiences. Through this calm and supportive session, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your journey with curiosity and compassion and consider where your journey may take you next.

No previous writing experience is needed. Whether you write often or are simply curious to try something new, this will be a welcoming and creative space to pause, reflect and reconnect.
