On 22 October 2026, Kerry Woodcock will lead a session on the menopausal threshold and its impact on energy and change. She will explore this transition as a developmental stage for discovering personal transformation.
What inspired this workshop?
The menopausal transition can bring a striking shift in how we experience our energy, emotions, relationships and ourselves.
Things we once tolerated become harder to tolerate. Roles we have carried for years can begin to feel constraining. We may have less energy for pleasing, performing, holding everything together or being who others need us to be. Emotions, needs and longings that have remained quietly in the background can suddenly demand our attention.
It can feel as though we are losing ourselves.
But what if we are actually being invited to discover more of who we are becoming?
Kim Corrigan and Kerry Woodcock see the menopausal transition as a profound developmental threshold—a time when the ways we learned to survive, belong, achieve and connect can become more visible, and when the energy required to maintain old ways of being may no longer feel available.
What will you explore together?
In this two-hour experiential workshop, Kim and Kerry bring together two complementary maps from their 12-week **Embodied Radiance** programme.
Through **Kim Corrigan’s 4R’s Energy Map™—Renew, Roar, Radiate and Nurture—you’ll explore how your energy is moving, where it may be depleted or constrained, and what your body and emotions may be asking you to notice.**
Through **Kerry Woodcock’s** _**Descent into Becoming**_**—Reveal, Retrieve, Witness and Alchemize—you’ll begin to explore the deeper beliefs and adaptive patterns that may be shaping how you use your energy, relate to yourself and others, and meet this threshold.**
Together, the maps invite an exploration of the relationship between **energy, belief, pattern and possibility**.
Through guided reflection, embodied exploration and dialogue, you’ll begin to create your own map of what is happening now: noticing where your energy is going, identifying a pattern or belief that may be asking for your attention, and exploring what becomes possible when you no longer respond automatically from it.
You’ll experience several ways of working with what emerges and **choose one practice to take with you beyond the workshop.**
## What makes this approach unique?
Embodied Radiance brings together the **energetic, embodied and developmental dimensions of change**.
Rather than treating tiredness, heightened emotion, changing tolerance or shifts in identity simply as problems to overcome, Kim and Kerry invite curiosity about what these experiences might be revealing.
Kim draws on 20 years as a mental health nurse, certification as a Women’s Coaching Specialist, and more than a decade as an organizational development consultant. Kerry brings her experience as an ICF- and EMCC-credentialed coach, coaching supervisor and coach educator, specialising in adult development, systems thinking and transformational coaching.
Together, they create a space that is reflective, experiential and practical: **not about fixing who we have become, but becoming more conscious of what we are carrying, where our life energy is going, and what we may be ready to reclaim or release.**
This workshop stands alone as an opportunity for personal exploration while offering an introduction to the work at the heart of the 12-week **Embodied Radiance** programme.
