This trauma-informed workshop weaves in psychodynamic theory from Freud to object relationships to help you to work with timelines and further understand your client's process.</p>

<p>Timelines are a fantastic way of drawing out themes and identifying key moment when a clients life changed and their sense of self shifted. They can help us to understand our clients more deeply and in doing so provide a powerful visual for clients. You'll learn how to safely work with timelines.</p>

<p>You'll be invited to create your own timeline so have colours and paper to hand and there will some time during the workshop to explore these ideas with your peers.</p>
