Whether you’re new to meditation or have years of practice, everyone is welcome to this serene gathering of mindfulness, wisdom, and community.

🪷 Dhamma Sermon & Meditation (2:30 – 3:45 PM)
☕ Tea Break & Relaxation (3:45 – 4:00 PM)
🙏 Q&A + Offering of Merits (4:00 – 5:30 PM)
