About This Event

A Dhamma talk and guided meditation will take place at Yarnton Village Hall in Oxford. The event is free to attend and occurs on the last Sunday of the month. It is led by an English-speaking Buddhist monk.

Join us every last Sunday of the month at Yarnton Village Hall for a peaceful Meditation Programme, led by English-speaking Buddhist monk.

Oxford Dam Saraniya Meditation Programme

Whether you’re new to meditation or have years of practice, everyone is welcome to this serene gathering of mindfulness, wisdom, and community.

What to Expect:

🪷 Dhamma Sermon & Meditation (2:30 – 3:45 PM)

☕ Tea Break & Relaxation (3:45 – 4:00 PM)

🙏 Q&A + Offering of Merits (4:00 – 5:30 PM)

Flexible attendance – stay for the whole programme or drop in for any part that suits your schedule.
