at Feeling present in our bodies is closely correlated with health, happiness and wellbeing. This is an opportunity to practice listening to and following the body in a supportive environment. There will be an embodiment warm up, and free movement, as well as time for speaking, drawing and writing. This is a safe space for exploring movement expression and relationship drawing on Authentic Movement and established forms. This course will be delivered by a Movement and Bodywork Practitioner.
