We are getting together in Oxford to demystify the process of making fresh mozzarella from scratch. This session is designed for anyone who has ever been curious about the science behind a good cheese pull but hasn't known where to start. We will walk through the entire process, from heating the milk and working the curd to stretching the cheese into the final shape. It is a hands-on experience, so expect to get your hands a little wet and have plenty of questions answered as we go. This event is open to everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or someone who has experimented with home cheesemaking before. Our goal is to keep things simple, relaxed, and practical so that you feel confident enough to recreate the process in your own kitchen. We will have all the supplies ready, so just bring yourself and your curiosity.
