About This Event

We will focus on this in Part 1. Then in Part 2 we will look at resilience, which is our capacity to handle the challenges of life without becoming emotionally dysregulated. We will look at how we can draw on the strategies, strengths, resources, and insights we already have to strengthen our resilience and stay Oxfordshire Recovery College 01865 779 613 View Organiser Website contactorc@restore.org.uk
