Our tech volunteers are here to help keep your IT running well, or help you pass it on to someone in need if you have finished with it!

We're here to help you keep your IT running smoothly, or to pass it on to people in need if you've finished with it.

Maybe you've got software behaving strangely? Wondering if your old machine could be made any faster? Keen for advice on your options now Windows 10 is out of support? Try our volunteer team and we hope we can help!

And if you've decided that you're finished with your device, we can help you deal with your data before passing the device on to Getting Oxfordshire Online (https://gettingoxfordshireonline.org) for secure wiping and refurbishment to give to people in need in our community. (If you just want to donate equipment they accept, no need to book a slot, you can drop off with us or any GOO hub whenever they're open - see details here (https://gettingoxfordshireonline.org/personal-devices) )

For some examples of the sort of thing we help with, check out this blog post (https://shareoxford.org/2024/10/29/get-online-week-tech-rescues/).
