We Move is a welcoming community event designed to strengthen both body and soul. Bringing together movement, faith, and friendship, the evening begins with a warm welcome and worship song, followed by a short biblical lesson and a guided Pilates session.

Whether you're new to Pilates, exploring faith, or simply looking to connect with positive, like-minded people, this event offers a space to grow physically, spiritually, and socially.
