A supportive art group offering creativity, company, a short mindful meditation and an easy art project.

No art experience required! Friendly and informal. Just grab a coffee and join in. Hosted by south Devon artist, and mental health professional, Emma Sprawson.

Mondays 10:00 am to 11.30am.

Connect with others and discover new ways of practising self-care through easy art and mindfulness exercises. Practice being here in the present moment, and accept where you are right now, without self-judgement.

Places are free thanks to funding from Greenbank Community Centre, but donations to Mindful Art Club are always welcome.

Mindful Art Session

The format of the group is a check-in at the beginning where people can talk and connect, 10 minutes of guided mindfulness and a simple art project that anyone can do. There is an opportunity to chat and it is the peer support that makes all the difference.

We will also offer practical solutions to the problems that people are going through such as sign-posting to other mental health organisations.

We also offer other supportive, weekly, community groups and paint and sip evenings in the Plymouth area, in Devon, UK.
