During the workshop, you’ll explore simple ways to relax, be present, and immerse yourself in the natural world. Suitable for beginners, with all materials provided. Please bring a picnic blanket or yoga mat for the sit spot exercise. This event is free, however normal admission prices apply for entry to the gardens.
