Using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound tools, the vibrations work subtly with the body and nervous system, helping to release tension and quiet the mind. You will be lying down for most of the hour, allowing yourself to rest fully and receive the sounds.
No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and unwind in a shared, supportive space.

What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat to lie on, along with a blanket and anything else you need to feel comfortable and warm. Many people also like to bring a pillow or eye mask. You will be lying down for approximately one hour.
Arrival time
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time so you can settle in comfortably. Late arrivals cannot be not be admitted once the session has begun.
During the session
You’re welcome to adjust your position whenever you need. That said, keeping the body gently still can help the mind settle too, so we invite you to simply rest and receive the sounds as comfortably as you can.
Sound sensitivity and implants
If you have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or other implanted medical device, sound baths may not be suitable. If you are unsure, please get in touch before booking.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, in which case a full refund will be issued.
